Emergency Management

The Office of Emergency Management is responsible for the following:
  • Providing support to County/City agencies, stakeholders, regional partners, and residents during disaster/emergency related events (natural, man-made)
  • Providing oversight and management of the county emergency operation center.
  • Providing  training to County/City government, agencies, businesses, schools, and private citizens.
  • Developing, maintaining and implementing emergency plans
  • Developing and conducting local exercises
